Whether it is working with 1 person or 2 people at a time, my goal is to make sure you feel comfortable. Working out should be fun; not stressful and overwhelming, so we will work at your pace. If it is multiple days a week or just one day a week, I want to make sure it is realistic and attainable and your goal is met. I will work with you on an individual workout plan. Price will be determined based on the needs and schedule.
