I have online options available for personal training, Ninja and Parkour. For those who aren’t local or are on the go, this is a great fit. It gives us flexibility to continue training wherever you are. We can keep on working on those skills, without the stress of having to coordinate meeting in person. Let me know if this option is best for you.

Do you want strength training, to reach a goal weight, or gain some coordination and endurance? Whether it is working with 1 person or 2 people at a time, my goal is to make sure you feel comfortable. Working out should be fun and not stressful and overwhelming. So we will work at your pace. If it is multiple days a week or just one day a week, I want to make sure it is realistic and attainable and your goal is met. I will work with you on an individual workout plan. Price will be determined based on the needs and schedule.

For local training my options are Murfreesboro and Smyrna or we can do online if that is best for you.

I am level 1 UNAA certified Ninja Coach Ninja Warrior and Parkour for 2 years, but I have been doing both of those sports for about 5 years.

Ninja Warrior is a high contact sport where every aspect of your body’s movement and muscles are vital to getting a full clear, getting an obstacle, or just having fun! Many people do Ninja Warrior for the high energy competition of it and chasing the end of a course for a buzzer. However, it can also be used for fitness and just having fun while achieving your personal goals!

Parkour is all about getting from point A to point B, safely and in the most efficient way possible. There is a lot of precision involved, jumping, core balance and coordination and extra fun if you add flips to it. It can be beneficial to people of all ages who want to work on coordination, balance and strength and just overall learning how to move your body with ease.

For local training I meet clients at Murfreesboro. If online is best, that is an option as well.
